Meet Tania Milnes
Tania brings a unique combination of people leadership skills, hands-on business experience and innovative thinking to the companies she works with, having spent the last 20+ years in leadership positions in financial services, agri-tech and manufacturing in Australia, NZ, Europe and the USA.
Tania’s zone of genius is her ability to help her clients to design and deliver innovative, sustainable business solutions that solve real-world problems, particularly with small-medium businesses of up to 100 employees.
Combined with deep experience working with a wide variety of financial planning and credit business models, from start-up to multi-staff corporatised models, Tania has a long history of helping solve a range of business challenges.
Tania is particularly passionate about working with entrepreneurial small-medium business owners, leveraging her experience to free them up to achieve their goals, stay focused on the things they really love doing and make more money as a result.
